MADAGASCAR VANILLA 4 0Z

Madagascar Bourbon beans are used in this 4 fold strength vanilla. This is the tartest and most winelike vanilla we carry. It is suitable for all pastry work. Bourbon does not indicate that it has bourbon whisky in the extract. It is a geographic reference to the Bourbon Islands, which include Madagascar, Comoro, Reunion, Seychelles and Mauritius.
