HERBES DE PROVENCE

We have not found a better version of this iconic southern French blend. Some clients order it in bulk. A fabulous addition to grilled veal chops, it can also be used in marinades, as a topping for flat breads, and with the addition of olive oil and egg white, a Provencal style spiced almond. It contains thyme, basil, rosemary and savory with the inspired addition of lavender.
