DOUGH SCRAPER SS FRENCH

Stephanie lists this as one of her must have tools in her kitchen. It is single piece 18/10 stainless steel construction. The edge is bevelled so that it is a bit sharper than other bench scrapers. It measures 4.75 inches wide and 5 inches in length, including the rolled handle. Use it scrape of raw dough when you are kneading and picking up a wad of finely diced vegetables. It is excellent in helping to pick up rolled out pie crust that is a bit sticky.
