The most flexible nylon scraper in our collection. It is deep enough to use the curved end in a mixing bowl, and stiff enough to use on a pastry board. It is made in France and is also called a Racletout. It measures 4.75 x 3.75 inches. Its edge is sharper than the plastic bowl scraper we carry from Ateco.
