HALF SHEET 18X13X1" ALUM

Probably one of the best bargains in our store. These are made of aluminized steel with a 1 inch high rim on all sides. These can be used as baking sheets as they have wonderful even conductivity. We all have several of these and use them for prep sheets, roasting vegetables, large amounts of brownies, and sponge cakes. We have Silpats for every size except the eighth sheet. Eighth sheet measures 6.5x9.5 inches. It is perfect for most toaster ovens. Quarter sheet measures 12.5x9 inches. Half sheet measures 11.5x16.5 inches and full sheet measures 17.5x25.5 inches. Made in USA. These should not be put in the dishwasher.
