Our food mill is made an Italian one made of 18/10 stainless steel. The disks are coarse, medium and fine and can be used interchangeably. Frequently, this is less fuss to use than a food processor. In Italy, when making a tomato sauce, sometimes the coarse one is used first and then either the medium or fine depending on how you want the final texture of the sauce to be. It is also very handy when making preserves. We can get you replacement disks for this model.
