ORANGE KNIFE

Econome produces this sturdy orange knife which has a stripper in the center which divides the orange rinder into two sections. The serrated curved blades is then worked around the edge of the fruit to pry the orange loose. This is the best way to get orange cups for frozen mousse or sorbets. Works well with other citrus fruits as well. Blade is stainless steel.
