The M'Cook line was created for the cook who wants superior performance without the upkeep that comes with copper cookware. Thses will work on induction ranges which require a layer a magnetic source to activate the heating element. M'Cook is made of layers of stainless steel, aluminum and a layer of magnetic stainless in the center, a total guage of 2.6 mm. We carry this line with three different handles: cast stainless steel, cast iron, and cast bronze. Frypans are useful when you need a large surface for browning.
