FALLOT TARRAGON MUSTARD 7 OZ FRANCE

Our current favorite producer of classic mustards is Fallot, a firm in Beaune, France. Fallot has produced wonderfully silken mustards since 1840. Their closely guarded famil recipes combine the best of several types of mustard seeds tht are stone ground (no overheating to preserve their true taste). Mixed with white wine, verjus extracted from Burgundy grapes, and fragrant herbs and spices, thsee are not "Dijon Style" mustards, but the real thing. Slather away on sandwiches, add to salad dressings and make happier hot dogs.
