All their blends are carefully chosen from 100% Arabica beans which provide the best tasting coffee with less caffeine than Robusta.The blends are roasted at 3500 feet in the Swiss mountains. The reduced atmospheric pressure allows longer roasting to develop more flavor without burning. Longer roasting yields fuller flavor and no burning means no bitter aftertasteThe Classique blend is a popular house coffee in fine restaurants and is similar to a French roast in this country. It is a mix of Arabica beans from Brazil, Columbia, Costa Rica and Mexico.The fabled decaf is a blend of Arabica beans from Brazil and Haiti. The decaffination is done through a water process. We feel that La Semeuse has produced one of the most flavorful decaf coffees on the market.The Espresso is a blend of Arabica from Brazil, Guatamala, Haiti and Mexico.
