EGG YELLOW GEL PASTE COLOR

The dye formulation for Ateco's gel paste food colors is superior to ones sold by its competitors. You will achieve both brilliant and soft tones. Their viscosity gives you a pourable color which can be duplicated. Most importantly they will not break down buttercreams or non dairy icings. They cannot be used for tinting white chocolate. but they can be used to great effect for dying Easter eggs and tinting granulated sugar.All colors come in .75 oz bottles. The Copper one is not metallic, but will give you a variety of flesh tones. The White is used to whiten out buttercreams. Red Red is a bright red and the Super Red gives a deeper red tone.
