HERBED SALT ITALY 4 OZ

This is the best herbed salt we have tasted, and we have tried many. Roberta and Giulio who run Antico Colle Fiorito in Tuscany grow only organic produce and herbs. They produce this blend by packing Italian sea salt with their fresh organic rosemary, sage, bay, garlic and citrus peel. Each jar is 70% hand minced herbs to 30% salt so the essential oils really infuse the salt. Use this on just about anything, and your tastebuds will be very happy. Omelets, frittatas or any grilled meat or fish,a good olive oil for dipping bread and even popcorn will benefit.
