CREOLE SEASONING

Sometimes simply called Atchafalaya in the last Cajun stronghold of Louisana. Creole seasoning is an intermingling of French and Indian culinary heritage before the Louisina Purchase. Vann's version is better than homemade and contains among other spices, paprika, garlic, cumin and pepper. This is not the same as their Blackened Seasoning, which also is brighter and fresher tasting than the others on the market.
