Vann's curry powder (which we think is an exceptional blend from this company) comes in a mild and a hot format. The mild version includes coriander, tumeric, mustard, paprika, garlic and pepper mixed in with some other secret spices. The hot version includes cumin, cinnamon and cayenne. Neither has any MSG. The hot curry is suggested for meat and poultry dishes, and the mild for vegetable preparations. 1.9oz (net weight) jars
