The St Moritz series from Messermeister are to our mind the finest chef knives from Germany. The knives feature a bolsterless edge (which makes it really easy to resharpen. There will be no gouge at the heel of the knife after repeated sharpening). It is truly fully forged as the French chef knives. It has a POM molded handle with a plate which can be monogrammed for identification. The camber on these blades will be rounder, for rocking action. Each blade is finished with a patented hand polished edge.
