SUSHI KNIFE SS 10"

This and its partner are stamped full tang knives with a 10 inch razor sharp edge on one side from Japan. The POM handle is riveted and the stainless steel alloy has a high carbon content so that it sharpens beautifully. You will get (with a bit of practice) paper thin slices. It is also called a Takohiki knife.
