L. Tellier makes some of the neatest tools for professional kitchens in France. They took the flimsy mango splitter design and made it stronger. It will not do supersize mangos, but if you buy mangos that are not on steroids, this is a great tool to slice it in two uniform halves with the pesky pit removed.
