A beaautifuly designed and engineered double peeler that Stephanie discovered during asparagus season. Made by Westmark in Germany it has an enameled hinged handle with two peeler blades. It literally cuts your time in half for peeling asparagus, carrots and cucumbers. Easy to use with either left or right hand and the blades can be replaced.
