SPOON WHISK FLEXIBLE

This design of spoon whisk is an adaptation of the French one produced by Combrichon. The spiral part is more flexible, and it measures 11 inches in length. Excellent for whisking salad dressings, a couple of eggs, or small amounts of sauces such as béarnaise. The handle is chromed and the rest is made of stainless steel. It is epoxy sealed to meet restaurant sanitation requirements and can be thrown into the dishwasher.
