ROUX WHISK 14" SS

The unique shape of this whisk allows for mixing inside a sauce or sauté pan easily getting into the corners. It will lay flat against the bottom of the pan mixing ingredients more effectively. Heavy gauge wires are stainless steel with a chrome plated handle. 8 and 10 inch roux whisks will have lighter gauge wires. All are dishwasher safe. Available in 4 sizes.
