Made from 18/10 stainless steel. 1.25 inch scoop provides approximately 100 portions per quart; 1.5 inch scoop 60 portions per quart; 1.75 inch scoop 40 portions per quart; 2 inch scoop 24 portions per quqrt; 2.5 inch scoop 16 portions per quart; 2.75 inch scoop 12 portions per quart.
