ZESTING RASP SS MICROPLANE

Manufactured by the now legendary company that produces Microplane rasps for both wood working and accidently the kitchen. This is the rasp that started it all. We prefer this just for zesting citrus fruit skins, but you can do almost a puree of ginger with it as well. You definitely need this in your kitchen. It is made from proprietary laser etched stainless steel with a safety cover included. Get this model and not any of the copies. The laser etching is not as good.
