QUININE POWDER 20Z VOL

Quinine is not just used for malaria. The powdered bark of the Cinchona tree is the flavor base for tonic water, bitter lemon cocktails and even vermouth. The French aperitif called Quinquina is based on this flavoring as well. A tiny bit goes a long way for household use in making drinks, hence the 2 oz volume bottle. We did weigh a few and the approximate weight is 1.25 oz.
