Our favorite pans for American style cakes: they come in 6 sizes: with 2 inch sidewalls. They are manufactured in the US from a patented aluminized steel by Chicago Metallic/Bundy for food service. These pans bake beautifull and there is no weird non stick finish on these pans to ruin the crust. This is the best American layer cake pan we have tested. This alloy should not be put in the dishwasher.
