We are not big fans of Teflon coated baking molds so all the brioche molds we carry are going to be either tin plated steel or in silicone. The smallest size makes a very nice tart shell and the larger ones can be used for panna cotta, semifreddos, and fruit breads and cakes. Contact us for bulk pricing.
