BANNETON OVAL 1 LB

The oval bannetons measure 10 by 7 inches and will hold a dough that has 3-3 cups of flour. You can also weigh out 1 lb of dough from a larger batch and that amount will be appropriate for this size banneton. Flour the banneton before you place it in the banneton for the final rise. As with other bannetons or brotforms, they will give dense grained breads or soft dougs a chance to rise without spreading.
