Not the prettiest of baking sheets, but definitely the toughest and one that will not warp (except at extremely high temperatures). These need to be seasoned as you would cast iron. They will brown your baked goods more quickly than aluminum sheets. If you are using them for pale meringues, use some of our parchment paper. Excellent for baking pizza, foccaccia and other artisanal breads as well.
