GLORIOUS PASTA OF ITALY HC MARCHETTI

Full disclosure first: we all know Domenica Marchetti, whose books we carry and promote through author signings. But only because they are all so good, and this one is indeed glorious. We all make pasta here, so there were some new ones that are fun to make, such as the dessert ones. The sauces are marvelous and seasonal.
