We produce a terrific newsletter which comes out in color (and only three times a year) when you sign up for it online. Our newsletters contain great information about our trips, where we’ve stayed, restaurants we love, and things to see that you don’t necessarily get from guidebooks. In addition we offer menu suggestions, favorite recipes for you to try and great information about products and newsletter special discounts. At the beginning of each month Stephanie sends out our Upcoming Events email which includes a tasting every Saturday and our hands on class schedule. Classes are always limited to six students so you can work individually with the teacher. Joe Raffa, executive chef at Oyamel restaurant, teaches an extraordinary knife skills class whenever he is able to take time away from his
bustling restaurant kitchen. Betsy Cukla of Hammersong makes a special trip down from her home in Wisconsin to teach her much anticipated pie and cookie workshops that feature her hand-made cutters. Phyllis Farzam teaches her stylized décor classes featuring marzipan work, molding chocolate and fondant classes. Alicia Cherry has joined the team to teach a series of classes just for children. During our Saturday tastings, all ingredients that are featured are discounted, and we have recipe handouts using those ingredients.
